1. Agreement

By enrolling in a Datamac Limited programme or using datamac.i.ng, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Programmes & enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed once payment is received and verified. We deliver programmes remotely via live sessions and recordings. Schedules, modules, and tools may be reasonably adjusted to improve the learning experience.

3. Fees & payment

Fees are shown in Nigerian Naira and processed securely through Paystack. Payment plans, where offered, must be honoured according to their schedule. Access may be paused if scheduled payments are missed.

4. Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of the programme start if you have not accessed any recordings or live sessions. A 50% refund is available up to the end of Week 4. No refunds are issued after Week 4. Medical or bereavement deferrals may be granted to transfer your seat to a later cohort at no extra cost.

5. Learner responsibilities

You agree to attend sessions, complete assignments in good faith, and not share paid course materials, recordings, or your account with non-enrolled persons. Course materials remain the intellectual property of Datamac.

6. Certification

Certificates, reference letters, and LinkedIn verification are issued to learners who meet attendance and capstone requirements. We prepare you to be hired but do not guarantee employment; outcomes depend on your effort and the job market.

7. Conduct

We expect respectful conduct in all sessions and community channels. We may remove, without refund, any learner whose conduct is abusive, dishonest, or disruptive.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Datamac is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the programme.

9. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
